Season 1, Episode 11

Last week’s episode of Nurse Jackie really pushed the boundaries for me.  I have often wondered about Jackie’s motives for the relationships in her life but the way the show ended (with Dr. O’Hara cutting her wedding band off to avoid Eddie her unsuspecting lover and unwitting drug dealer from seeing her wedding ring and Jackie smashing her own finger with a hammer to explain the destroyed ring to her husband, Kevin) really brought home how much she is conflicted and how far she will go to keep her drug addiction alive.  I was interested to see how these actions would play out.
